The snail is a totally exceptional little animal... The oldest known fossils date from the Cambrian, 541 million years ago. That is more than 200 million years before the appearance of the 1st dinosaurs and therefore + or – 500 million years before the 1st men. We can already admit that if this mollusk has had so many years of natural evolution, it is because its anatomy is particularly well adapted to life.

For Patrice, our snail farmer at Creux de la Tine in the Drôme, a pioneer in organic snail farming in France for more than 30 years: "More than for any other animal, the notion of time is essential, since for flourish it needs to evolve slowly", it is for this reason that we carry out the mucus collection only by hand, snail by snail, at the most opportune moment for the animal, that is to say where it will be least disturbed in its natural occupations. It is only under these conditions that the animal gives the best, with a thick mucus very rich in proteins.

How is our product test panel organized?
We make sure that our product test panel is very diverse in order to offer our community consumers who look like them. On the one hand, we have curious consumers, sometimes novices, who want to learn more about our products and the world of beauty. On the other hand, we have influencers, beauty addicts and cosmetics enthusiasts, who will be able to provide an expert view and advice on a daily basis via their own social networks and blogs.
How do we select ambassadors?
We scrupulously select the ambassadors according to the product to be tested and in cohesion with the vision and values of our brand. Indeed, we have matching criteria between the products and the profiles of the ambassadors. To do this, you will have to complete a questionnaire; once this is completed, we sort the applications to select the most relevant panel. And after testing the product?
Once the products have been tested, we invite you to submit authentic and detailed reviews in order to inform our community as precisely as possible. These reviews can be published on your own social networks in the form of posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), on your personal site - in the form of an article - or in your stories.
You can take photos or videos to illustrate your comments (in situ, before/after or when you receive the product). Thus, you send an incentive signal to consumers and your community, which reassures them about the effectiveness of the product you have tested.
How does the program work?
1 - Thanks to a page on our site dedicated to the Ambassador Program, you will have access to the various tests offered by our brand. An explanatory text on the program invites you to participate in one or more tests set up.

3 - Once selected, you will receive the product at home in full size (no samples) as well as a user manual that allows you to obtain all the benefits of the product and to achieve a perfect experience throughout the duration of the test.
4 - Test the product and note each aspect of it (sensoriality, effectiveness, packaging, texture, smell, etc.) from its discovery to the final results.

How can I become a member?

How many accounts can I have per household?
There is no account limitation per household. The accounts are nominative and therefore dedicated to a particular person in the household. You can have multiple accounts in one household as long as the questionnaire has been completed.
Where can you ship the products?
The products are sent by post to the address that you have indicated to us. Carefully packed in a package, these should be perceived as a memorable experience wherever you are!
Do I have to write a review on all the products I receive?
How many times have we regretted buying a product that ends up in the back of a bathroom cupboard without ever being used! Your involvement allows consumers to avoid future failed purchases and buy THE product that best suits their needs.
