IN STEEVY BOULAY'S COSMETIC ROUTINE
Revealed by the reality TV show Loft Story in the 2000s, Steevy Boulay has become the darling of the PAF. Since this episode, the actor-columnist-host has taken his laughing eyes and his devastating humor from set to set. It is from Le Mans, his city of heart, that he entrusts us today with his beauty routine, or one would say rather, his Mlle Agathe routine.
Mademoiselle Agathe – Tell us about your beauty routine! Do you have one or more essential products?
SB : My routine is quite simple. I am a Miss Agathe monomaniac! Besides, I've only been wearing this for 5 or 6 years.
In the morning, I religiously apply the 93% snail slime serum, then the day cream. And in the evening, I find Miss Agathe again with the night cream.
Well, I only use this on a daily basis. Serum, day cream and night cream: this is my winning trio. Afterwards, when I go out in the sun, I also put on Miss Agathe's sunscreen. As it is composed only of natural ingredients, there is no risk of poisoning the fish or damaging the corals!
Mademoiselle Agathe – So if I understand correctly, you fit into the profile of a reasoned/committed consumer?
SB : Yes I think we could say that! Today, what we are not told is that the majority of products come from petrochemicals. And me, putting oil wells on my face, that's out of the question!
In terms of cosmetics, I don't use anything at all, apart from Mlle Agathe, and it's a real desire. This excessive consumption must be stopped. It doesn't make sense anymore!
Mademoiselle Agathe - Is the organic label important in the choice of your products?
SB: Yes of course, but for me it goes even beyond that. I mainly choose products that respect the planet. There is no negotiation possible with my conscience: it absolutely has to be organic and ethical.
For example, for Mlle Agathe, I know that the products are made with the greatest respect for the animal, so that the snail gives the best slime possible.
That's also what I like about this brand: it doesn't do single-use snails.
When I had the chance to visit the Mlle Agathe heliciculture, I had a (positive) shock. Believe me when you spend the day touching snails, your hands feel so much softer. How not to be seduced by the infinite virtues of the snail!
Mademoiselle Agathe - What is the effect of Mlle Agathe cosmetics on your skin?
SB: I've been using them for so many years! And I can tell you that my skin is softer, better preserved. I'm 40, that's the age from which you can see the difference between those who have taken care of their skin or not... When I compare myself with friends of my generation, I tell myself that I'm not too wrong (laughs)!
Mademoiselle Agathe - What does your typical day look like?
SB : First, I get up very early in the morning. I get a lot of information, I watch all the press. It is my great passion. Then, I walk, I do sports. Then I work! I also live in my garden. I'm good there. I have the soul of a peasant. I take my time !
Mademoiselle Agathe - What is your secret to keeping in shape?
SB : In the morning, I prepare an infusion with a mixture of thyme and rosemary straight from the garden. I haven't had a cold since I brewed this magic potion!
Mademoiselle Agathe - If you had to describe Miss Agathe in three words?
SB : I would say “Organic, ethical and healthy”. Once again, we must stop the race for overconsumption and especially petrochemicals. That's why I find it important to spread the good word of brands like Mlle Agathe. Because they are good, natural and healthy products. Me it's been 5 or 6 years I use them and I only put that!
Mademoiselle Agathe – If you had a gesture or a cosmetic idea to save the planet?
SB : Ban packaging. That would already save us a lot of money!
