INTERVIEW WITH THE LITTLE BASQUE
Heiva is 22 years old and already has flair. Faithful to Mlle Agathe cosmetics, this young Basque blogger tells us about her lifestyle and beauty fads on her blog La Petite Basque, and her fashion secrets on the market place: Beaux rives, which she co-founded. From her native Landes, she shares with us her commitments and cosmetic rituals. Snail morning, noon and evening!
Miss Agathe: Hello Heiva, can you tell us what your first beauty routine is in the morning?
Heiva : As soon as I get up, I splash a big jet of cold water on my face. It invigorates! I then apply my day care cream to my skin. Indispensable for me.
Miss Agathe: Do you have a favorite natural ingredient?
Heiva : Sweet almond oil, definitely. It's an ingredient that runs through many of my products. I also really like coconut oil for its nourishing properties, especially the hair.
Miss Agathe: On a daily basis, what are your beauty essentials?
Heiva : I would name three: the eye contour for a lively eye, the moisturizing serum to correct my imperfections, and the final touch: my day cream for perfectly hydrated skin!
Mlle Agathe: When do you use Mlle Agathe cosmetics?
Heiva : Every day! It has become a complete routine. In the morning, I apply the day cream and the night cream in the evening, as well as the progressive contour serum for the eyes. I'm really very happy with it.
Mlle Agathe: What is the effect of Mlle Agathe cosmetic products on your skin?
Heiva : The advantage of snail slime-based cosmetics is that they help target imperfections. After a few weeks of application, the observation was quite obvious: my skin was much clearer.
Mlle Agathe: Why are you loyal to Mlle Agathe products?
Heiva : I was immediately fascinated by products made from snail slime. By the virtues of slime, its moisturizing and anti-wrinkle power, but also by the concept of making completely natural and 100% organic products and I like that.
Miss Agathe, it's unique.
Miss Agathe: If you had to describe Miss Agathe in three words?
Heiva : Ecological, natural and beneficial.
Miss Agathe: If Miss Agathe had to have a motto?
Heiva : Snail slime, zero defects!
Miss Agathe: how are you concerned with organic products?
Heiva: I try to choose as many organic cosmetics as possible. I have a real will to do it. Even if for makeup, it's always a bit complicated to do it completely. The existing offer is not yet rich enough. I try to align myself also in my food consumption. For that, I monitor the origin and I limit my meat consumption. Although I still have a soft spot for duck and chicken. Undoubtedly in connection with my origins...
Miss Agathe: A detox gesture?
Heiva : Having a herbal tea after dinner has almost become a reflex for me.
Miss Agathe: A slow cosmetic beauty gesture?
Heiva : I am very careful with my consumption. Recently, I tried fabric cottons that go to the washing machine. It changes my life (and I hope, the planet too.)
Miss Agathe: How do you decompress?
Heiva: I'm going to walk my dog in nature, walk in the forest and take a deep breath of fresh air. And it makes me feel guilty for not doing sports!
Miss Agathe: A cosmetic idea to save the planet?
Heiva : Create a cosmetic line that would donate its profits to an association that saves nature. That's how we can already start, right?
