Our containers are recyclable
For our containers, we have chosen PET plastic. After weighing the pros and cons with other recyclable materials, here's why we chose it:
- Lightweight material to transport, thus reducing CO2 emissions.
- 100% recyclable.
- Lightweight when in use.
- Unbreakable.
We have set up a ENSEMBLE, RECYCLONS program to enable you to become an actor in the protection of the environment and to commit yourself, alongside us, to a recycling process.
Also, this recycling program allows you to recycle your containers by returning them to us free of charge via Colissimo. They will then be upgraded by our partner in different industries: textiles, building (insulation materials), automotive (manufacturing of vehicle dashboards)...
Set up 2 years ago, our empty container recycling program is a real success. In 2021, 1 ton was recycled and in 2022, 2 tons. When we know that one way weighs an average of 44g, we let you calculate the number of recycled containers!
Recycling your empty containers: how to do it?
- COLLECT YOUR CONTAINERS: Collect at least 5 Mademoiselle Agathe containers in the Mademoiselle Agathe parcel box.
- PREPARE YOUR RETURN: take a photo of the empty bottles and send it to the email addresscycling@mademoiselle-agathe.fr, specifying your NAME, FIRST NAME and POSTAL ADDRESS, so that we can provide you with a prepaid Colissimo return label ( costs at our expense).
- DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE: Send it back by dropping off your package at La Poste, voila!
- WE ARE COMMITTED TO RECYCLING THEM: our French partner recycling plant based in Loiret collects them twice a year.
