"On ne prend pas, on attend qu'ils veuillent bien nous donner". Patrice & Alexandra, nos héliciculteurs ont choisi de récolter notre mucus exclusivement à la main pour 2 raisons :
- La première, le respect de l’animal. La pression exercée sur le pied de l’animal est dosée par l’humain qui l’adapte à chaque instant, et quand certains escargots ne veulent pas donner, on peut facilement les écarter,
- La deuxième, la qualité du mucus ainsi récolté. Nous arrivons à récolter un mucus très lourd, avec une saturation en protéines d’intérêt, pour la fabrication de nos cosmétiques. En savoir plus
